Attached is the patch for the change of nomenclature from subscribe/subscriber to join/member as requested by Moshe in http://drupal.org/node/211031#comment-701569. It is a patch against the drupal-5 branch.
I have changed only human-readable text, not the names of functions and variables. I was afraid that doing the latter might break some custom code.
I have updated the simpletest scripts but not tested them yet.

Moshe, thank you for committing that so quickly.
What are we going to do about the translations? They won't work any more, I assume.

I think the translators will just have to go in and change things. unless you want to change the files in the po folder.

I am afraid that in my first patch I missed three strings in views.inc. The new patch changes only those.
