Looks like the module has been abandoned. Check out the project page, you will see the user as 'Abandoned Modules'

I think this is a the most useful taxonomy module there is. This should be a must-have on D6.

This module has been abandoned. Unless another programmer would like to work on it, a Drupal 6 version will not be made.
Notice that the project's author is 'Abandoned Modules'.
