Description
- Optionally display today's date below the title, in either short, medium or long format.
- Optionally add "Xth anniversary", either at start or end of event description. "anniversary" text should be user-defined
- Instead of displaying event details in block, optionally display titles with links to nodes
- Optionally display events up to X days/weeks/months in advanced
- If displaying forthcoming events, optionally add countdown text, eg. "X days/weeks/months to go"
- Optionally specify forthcoming events, optionally reoccurring
- Optional specify multi-day events (eg. this week in history)
- Optionally display year inline (perhaps blocks are better suited to
<dd><dt><dl>list - Optionally display longer date instead of year

I have worked on the system , and added following things.
-> Ability for admin to select date format
-> Added "Read more" link if content is too large. This was required because presently module is using teaser.
-> Ability to show only title with links
