Add warning to project page that tracked roles are reversed on upgrade

There's no warning on either the project page or the release notes that the tracked roles are switched in this version. So after upgrading all the roles you didn't want tracked are and the ones you did aren't. Unless you watch your analytics constantly, you don't even know something is wrong.

I wouldn't have any clue if it wasn't for this Planet post. So that's two weeks of bad data I have now.

I see it's mentioned in http://drupal.org/node/223126 but that title doesn't tell the whole story and it's marked fixed. I think a change that breaks existing installs needs to have more warning than that.
