I am using a 3rd party host, as far as I can tell I am unable to edit the necessary files to enable clean urls (although I have submitted a support ticket to them to get their input), I have been looking at the tutorial: http://drupal.org/node/15365

I am having trouble following what this is saying to do if you do not have full access to your server's files (above the www/ directory, for example) I would greatly appreciate if someone could clear this up as I really need to enable clean urls for my site. Thanks

The resource given by Drupal is really confusing, kind of a shame when its not that hard to do at all
