The Image Block and the Administer->Site Configuration->Gallery only appear to the administrator and none of the other users including users with albums and users with full administration privileges.
Any ideas on how I can fix this? I also have Menu by Role enabled and have configured the block to show for all roles.
Changing this setting has no effect.

Have you checked your Access Control settings in Drupal? Put a checkbox in 'Acess Gallery' for whoever you want permission to access the gallery.

Same issue for me. Image block shows up only for Admin within drupal.

Access Control -> I have enabled the Access Gallery - they can view the gallery no problem, just not the block that is generated showing the latest album.
