1.) Background image should stay where it was when opening a node (look behind the nodetitle).
2.) Page width should stay within limits.
3.) Footer should be on the bottom of the page instead of below the sidebar.

Title: Several bugs in theme » Missing close div tag when viewing full node content

This is not 'several bugs'.

It is a single bug that is rather confusing. The close tag for the right sidebar <div id="sidebar-right"> seems to disappear when viewing the contents of a node. I'll look through the code again to see if there is a direct problem with the code and why it's doing that. On my demo site, this does not appear to be an issue.

Keep in mind that this could potentially be caused by another module.

I'll do my best to fix this problem... But I'm very surprised that this has not come up before. Did you edit this theme at all?

I've attached a screen shot of what the problem is in firebug.

I looked at the link that you posted and I see the problem has been fixed. Would you mind submitting the patch that you used to fix this problem? Or at least tell us what the problem was?

That would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

tobe doesn't seem to interested in submitting his/her patch back to the community. Maybe because there was no problem with the code to begin with. I'll just close the issue.
