I Can't get past the frontpage

After I restored my drupal website, I can access the frontpage, but when I click on any link or try to log in
the XAMMP splash page appears. I have restored my site several times and not a single problem, What do you think is wrong this time?
I am using XAMPP 1.6.4 which contains:
Apache 2.2.6
MySQL 5.0.45
PHP 5.2.4
phpMyAdmin 2.11.1

Well, the problem was caused
Well, the problem was caused because the Apache's rewrite module, was not enabled. That's why clean URLs in my drupal site were not accessible. Now the problem is solved.
