What is the best way to redesign 'user/login', 'user/register', 'user/password' pages separately?

Hi,
What is the best way to redesign 'user/login', 'user/register', 'user/password' pages separately. I meant, I want to remove the tabs in those pages and redesign those pages with adding some title images etc. just like http://www.terminus1525.ca/user, http://www.terminus1525.ca/user/register pages.

Any help or guidance appreciated.
