There is a module or any kind of emulation of this with DRUPAL to order post by Month?

Using the "Views Module" and
Using the "Views Module" and under the link arguments (below filters) changing the value to "Full Month + Year", i can't remember the other settings, but it'll output an 'archive type' listing like you have above, the formatting is predefined and looks like, etc...
