Domain User Contact Module

I need a custom module that will hook into the core Site-Wide Contact (or create its own contact form) module to change the recipient to automatically be a users email based on the subdomain being visited. The Domain Access Module and the Domain User addition to that gets me a global variable that allows me to pull out the owner of the current subdomains information.

I just need a module that will enable the contact form to choose the recipient based on the current domain.

I need this done in about 36 hours or less. I'm told it's an easy job.
