Is there a module that will allow both registered and anonymous users rate comments? I want something similar to Amazons "was this helpful" feature they use for reviews.

I found http://drupal.org/project/comment_bury_promote but I am not a programmer and need it to function after installation.

This is the site it is for http://www.adoptionagencyratings.com I use the comment feature for reviews.

I installed it but the only action I can see is to promote a node based on a comment vote, I want to change the order of the comments from most recent to highest vote.

I used extra voting forms, bury promote and some custom code. But it does work now.

Here is a example of how they are now sorted.
