When I enable the User_relationships_api, I get a blank screen with the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _user_relationships_invoke() in D:\XAMPP\htdocs\d6\modules\user_relationships\user_relationships_api\user_relationships_api.module on line 19

When I rename this file, site becomes available again.
Could this be because of some wrong configuration of my server or site? Or a bug?

Sounds like something's wrong with your site. Do you still have some of the old files left over from a previous version?

Yes, indeed, there was a problem with my site. After fresh install it's working.
