Fix for bug that could cause some RSS items to appear twice. Recommended for users of v1.5 or 1.6.

Fixed #702132: ThemeKey does not work properly due to the conflict with Revisions RSS. Replaced hook_init with hook_nodeapi, and general code cleanup. Has improved compatibility and performance.
Note: Because of some of the changes to this version previous feed items will have new GUIDs, making them reappear in most readers as unread.
6.x-1.0 release
Added support for the Diff module and made some small tweaks.
This will be the last 5.x version. A 6.x version will be made available shortly.
Added log messages to RSS output.
Fixed error in .info file.
