I am using the cloud theme and I need some work done to edit it so that it meets my needs. The ideal candidate can edit this easily as well as create some logo/graphics/favicon to really make the site look great.

I took a look at the themes page but I was not able to find the "cloud theme" there.
Are you sure?

It's possible he means the "Sky" theme. It has a cloud pic in the title bar.
