Unable to enable the Embedded Media Field Module

Hi there,
I'm just a newbie just install this module.
However, I login as administrator and tried to enable this module, only find that the tick-box turns grey and I can't select it and the "Depends on Content" shows "missing". (as shown on attached)
Have I done something wrong during installation?
