exposed filters on a separate page

I read through the forums about putting exposed Views filters in a block.
Is it possible to put these exposed filters on a separate page:
Page 'make your selection' holds the (many) filters -> Submit=go to results
-> Page 'Your results' holds the list of (paged) results.

Can (has) this be done? Thanks for any tips.
