When I post a story, page, image, forum, event - every node I writhe cames on frontpage in my groups an on my sites frontpage. I have only "published" aktiv. I would like to have only blogs on groups frontpage.
What have I missed?

visit admin/node/types and edit each type there. yu can set the default value of 'promote to home page'. this is a core support issue.

I don't have that choice, so I suppose that I missed some module here and maybe I have to activate some?.

I believe the path is admin/content/types. From there you can edit each content type as indicated by moshe.

That I have done, but don't help. But I found some things in "Organic groups configuration" and "Node authoring form". At "Omitted content types:" I had to mark which type to be omitted. This markeds types don't show up on groups frontpage.
But if there an other way to do this, let me know.
