Using flexible layout, then setting contexts for node add/edit form and
node id. Layouts from original flexibles settings used. When updating
(tweaking) the settings, for instance, changing a fixed width, the default
panel context updates fine. Others remain with original setting. Temp workaround
is to export/import, and hand edit widths in various contexts before importing.

operator error... Related bug w/ context settings being lost on context saves... disappearing altogether,
will try and duplicate...

If you are using multiple displays from arguments, each argument has its own layout; if you tweak one layout, the other layouts won't update. That is the intended behavior.
