I have activated views module and it says:

Same problem here:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /web/1/000/030/378/88131/htdocs/drupal/sites/all/modules/views/includes/plugins.inc on line 298

I saved a first view (there were no standard views...?) and that was fine. then I added a pageview to the view and got the error.

I can still access my site, but not admin/build/views...

It's worth noting that this sounds similar but not necessarily like a dupe of #229983: Fatal error: Call to a member function.
