Hi... I have been unable to find the answer to this question by searching so I hope that it has not been addressed before.
One of the sites I am setting up has the need to sell product from multiple sellers. I would like each seller to keep seperate inventory, invoicing, and payments.
Obviously, this is not a current feature in E-Commerce. So, what would it take to:
1) Enable E-Commerce to handle tracking multiple sellers
2) Install 2 instances of E-Commerce to allow each seller to manipulate / add products each in thier own shop. Each shop would have its own cart, billing, etc.
Thanks for any feedback.

matt westgate commentedYou may want to expand on ecommerce/contrib/stores which begins to do the things you want.

Marandb commentedYeah... I got excited when I first saw this feature. The fleshing out / expansion / completion of stores module would definatly be the way to go. Is there one person in particular that is heading up this feature?
Thanks,

hunmonk commentedi'm very interested and willing to help w/ the development of this module, as i'll also be needing this functionality in the near future. in a few weeks i'll have enough of an understanding of drupal to help take a crack at it, so count me in!

Marandb commentedBringing back an old request / subject, is there anyone who has the ability & willingness to take this on? I see this as being a major feature not available in other E-Commerce setups. Could be a huge leap for drupal.
I am not much help when it comes to hard core coding, but I am willing to help where I can.
Anyone? Thanks.
