It appears WPro 3.0 has a conflict with newer versions of JQuery within Drupal. I attempted to upgrade JQuery to the most recent JQuery, 1.2.3, and came across the following problem:

The page falls into an infinite page refresh when a WPro editor is located within a collapsible fieldset.

I haven't seen this problem with any version before 1.2.2, which means you can still use the jquery_update module, which updates jquery to 1.1.2.
