i have put ** answers below

i want to stress that this teamwork we started late august is not over and
we need to go on with short term issues

the stakes are : " is this site a disposable site for an event which is
already past( short term view ) , or is it demonstrating that it can
sustain some collective dynamics "

we have since january 26th 250 documents posted in action spaces and 130
blog posts for 800 actions) + 100 new registered users
we have 1 wsf2008 participant out of 100 registered on the site and 2
users per action

we need to better those figures
and for this we need a site that is "cared about" to make things easier
and clearer for increasingly less digitallly included users

i have given some ideas in the mass mailing #2 node 7030
next one will be also focusing on the comments in the site ( how many ,
where) any visibility about this welcome ( for the moment i just create a
fake comment to know the counter - )

for equity 's sake between "collected reports" and "action space reports",
the "recent report" zone should be split in two
- a dynamic zone " updates of collected reports" -with the last three
updates of country collected reports
and a static zone "list of countries" explaining the philosophy between "
in action space reports and reports collected outside of action space, and
how those are displayed in each country page and leading to the list of
country pages

at the moment there is the same link to all collected reports in each
contry page, why is that so? why not have only the local country collected
report ( see point 4)

further a global collection of all documents in and out action spaces
could be made to give for voracious readers to make statistical and lexical
analysis? .... let us talk about this

so the idea would be to keep the "upcoming action" zone "as is" but display
here* both* new action and updated action space with a mention to
differentiate the nature of the two

with whatever adaptation of this to make this easier to code we can to

4. If a report for a country exists, it is there-- it uses the title of
the
report, and therefor the country name, as the link.
** i do not understand - so far i see only this list of all collected
reports , not just the collected reports of the country

5 activate the action space name in sidebar as a clickable link leading to
the action space page

6 -invitation messages ( to action spaces)
are they or how can they be translated to other languages- according to
language selection?
is there any problem if the inviter is an admin ??
