views argument api module

Hi friends,

Explain me, how to use the views argument api module. I need to send the arguments of a particular node from a page view(shows list of nodes) to another view(then this should display the related information of that particular node by using those arguments). I think the views argument api module is helpful. But I couldn't use it. Plz explain the steps to use that module. Or suggest me any module, which is useful to my task.
