CCK fields support for image_import.module (multiple image nodes pre-edition)

It would be great if the image_import.module allowed to set the CCK fields' all at once, just as it does for taxonomy terms.

More largely, would it be possible to call the main node add/edit functions into the admin/content/image_import page when files are to be selected and tagged before uplaoding?

Being able to enter in a single place some common data to every image node, which is very frequent when batch uploading (for coherent and efficient human "tagging" reasons, or others), would just save so much time!

Don't hesitate to suggest related ideas or to give your opinion on it.
