The guestbook can be spammed easily; I had to deactivate it, because it wasn't usable any more. I heard, that this is a common issue. If there is no way to integrate a antispam-feature into the guestbook, please offer an easy howto, how to combine the guestbook with other modules like captcha. I found no.

CAPTCHA module solve it with:

- Go to admin/user/captcha
- Activate the flag "Add captcha adminstration links to forms."
- Go to the form where you want add captcha. (in this case guestbook page)
- See the new fieldset about captcha
