This morning I began testing on version 5.x-2.x-dev (last updated 3/1/2008) I had installed earlier in the week. I was able to upload images, but when I went to avatar selection they did not appear. In Firefox 2, one radio button for each image installed flashed briefly on the screen and then disappeared leaving only the edit button. In IE, only the edit button appeared.
I noticed that a new version of 5.x-2.x-dev was released today so I installed it and went back to the upload page. The previously uploaded images still do not appear, but now I receive the following error on the upload page:
warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argumented is expected to be a valid callback, 'avatar_selection_images_form' was given in .../html/includes/form.inc on line 217.

stella commentedDisable and re-enable the module - this will clear the drupal cache.

scotese commentedAfter updating to the new version of the module it stopped working. I can upload avatars, but can no longer manage them and when I go to the management page it runs very slowly. I do have a large number of avatars (255) -- but this was not a problem before. Now I briefly see radio buttons, then the filenames of the avatars appear -- no pictures, and there is nothing that I can do with the filenames (I cannot edit them).
