When unpulishing nodes that are mapped in a menu, it would be swell if the node's menu item was unpublished as well. Is this possible currently with Scheduler (or maybe some other module)?

If not, I guess this is a feature request - not a support request.

The scheduler.module unpublishes nodes, it does not delete them! Removing their corresponding menu item may not be what people want it to do.
If you do really need this functionality, you may consider filing a feature request for HEAD.
