Right now, if a user selects content type of "all," the node selection code does not honor the "omit types" choices.

On page ...
/taxonomy_browser
Scope
Restrict search by content type:
The selection box shows all the content types of my site.

Though on another page ...
/admin/settings/taxonomy-browser
In Omit content types: selection box
I have selected several content types that I want to be omited from search.

How can I exclude these content types from being searched. I do not want to give the option to the user.
I hope this query has been put in the right place.

This sounds like it should be a new issue as it is quite different from the original one here. Please open it as a new bug report. I'll see if I'm seeing the same thing so I can fix it.
