Any attempt to enable EC LS 2.05->2.09 on what seems to be a clean Drupal install + ecommerce 3.2->3.4 or forward kills the Apache process at this point. "Most disappointing!" and at least one other user has reported the problem.

I've yet to look at what is happening in the system and variables tables but it may be there.

I understand that efforts are now focused on EC 4 but... wanted to get this down... will self-assign.

Guys,

the eC 4 is about to be released and have the brand new Subproducts module, which i designed myself as an advanced module. This module wont get any development anymore.
