Can you check the source code of the page (view source) and see if the javascript file image_caption.js is being included near the top ?

Also, can you confirm you have javascript enabled.

No sign of any such inclusion

ok, just got the answer.

The D6 version is new and I'm having issues with drupal cvs.

I'll run some tests and post an update, if necessary.

By the way......

Thanks for your responses and effort 8¬)

John, can you try this version of Image Caption?

http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/image_caption-6.x-2.x-dev.tar.gz

Still having some issues with CVS ;-)

No change. see picture on front page of "dev . clivejames . com"

Re-reading the instructions there is no need to add anything to any .css files - that just for WYSIWYG in editors. It is just upload, enable and activate for node type?

Query closing due to "2 weeks with no activity".

If you require more info then please request it ;¬). Last requested test of an update failed to fix the problem as per above so the issue is still outstanding.

can you confirm that you have print $scripts; in your page.tpl.php file.

John Bryan’s picture

Good call - print $scripts; did not exist. And adding it has allowed other modules to work e.g. page ear

Still not working though but I will have a further play with it during the weekend.

Tried on two development sites. Not working. But is it just me, anyone else got probles on Drupal 6?

davidwhthomas’s picture

I'm planning on doing some more tests and updates for the D6 version in the near future. It's still really a dev version.
I don't have time right now due to numerous work commitments but will look at it when I get the chance (e.g in 1-2 weeks)

RE: "Status: active (needs more info) » closed" ?

Do you need more info?

Did you get a chance to test? is it just me or is there a problem?
