How can I create "secondary_links" in other site location?
For example - I want create main menu in header and second menu in left column. Both menu will consist of images.

Imagemenu does not override Drupals implemented menu system, it simply creates a new one which uses images instead of text links. Forget about secondary links, just create a new menu and display it either as a block or as a filter as per the instructions.
