very weird issue

usually the urls at my website looks like the following
http://www.2knowmyself.com/relationship_breakups/body_language_love_sign...
as soon as i browse the modules page i found all urls changed to
http://www.2knowmyself.com/en/relationship_breakups/body_language_love_s...
why does this en appear only when i am at the modules page!!!
