Category in modules panel

This is very minor, but noticeable anyway.

I noticed the Popup module appears in the "User Interface" category in the modules panel (uppercase 'I'). However, I have another module, External Links, that appears in the "User interface" (lowercase 'i') category. As things stand, with one module in each category, either Popup or External Link might be in error. But from looking at other modules placed in other categories, such as the "Spam control" category, it seems that in all those cases only the first word in the category name starts with an uppercase, all the other words starting with a lowercase. So, my guess is that yours' the one that should be changed to agree with the other's usage. If possible, then, please change this in the next beta or the final release, okay?
