The "user bookmarks" block from the bookmark.module breaks the right column in IE 6
Any block with "blog it" icon from the aggregator.module breaks the right column in IE 6
What these blocks have in commen is a small icon ( a trash-can and a 'b' respectively ). It seems to me that this icons take up as space that is wider than the column and so breaks it. This can be seen by hovering the mouse above the icon.
Note that the column only breaks when logged in since the 'b' icon and the "user bookmarks" block, and thereby the trash-can icon, only appears to logged in (authenticated) users, and not to anonymous visitors.

SparkyUK commentedDid you ever figure this out? I'm having a very simillar problem. I think it is an IE border issue perhaps? It only happens if I have an image ni there with side borders.
Incentally, simillar things happen if I have elements wit hside borders in the center section - i.e. when I tried to put a full frame around the forum.
any ideas would be appriciated. thanks

bjvetter commentedI'm having a similar problem with FriendsElectric. When I have some aggregated feeds assigned to the right column, it works just fine in Firebird. However, in IE 6, the column text drops below all of the content in the middle section. It is still in the right column, but the right column's top is aligned with the bottom of the content in the middle pane.

bjvetter commentedJust a little more info. It only seems to happen to me when a user is logged into the site. If it is an anonymous user, then everything seems to line up just fine.

artem_sokolov commentedThe same problem with me, but without icons. The right column of blocks slides down aligning to the bottom of the footer in IE6.
My version of FriendsElectric is 4.7.0
