Spurious notice "Your subscription was activated."

When one presses "Save" on /user/#uid/subscriptions/group and at least one checkbox is ticked then one always gets the message "Your subscription was activated.", even when no new subscription was activated. The corresponding page at /user/#uid/subscriptions/taxa does not have that problem.
