The invite mails are sent out using \n for newlines, but if we're using text/html as the mime type, they need to be
or something, and we should use an input filter and encourage html for the rsvp message. I guess this needs to be simpler or smarter :)

a note - looking further, yes I see that this can be themed, but if there is no theme overrides, the default text has no newlines in the email. I suppose the default could have
