I've got my site mostly up, but I want to create a box that displays blogs that have been recommended by other users ...
Can someone help?

Oh and I want the user to be able to create a signature. My template doesn't seem to have this option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and join my site if you are into that kind of thing! I'm not much of a web guy.

Did you try to enable signatures at: Administer -> User management -> User settings ?

I just couldn't find it, I guess.
It's a bit labyrinthine at first.
