dadesigners,

I think you'll likely get better responses from this forum if you focus/narrow your question a bit. For instance, I can't tell from your post if you are mostly concerned with data migration or reproducing functionality.

It's also not clear from your question whether you are looking for a Drupal shop to do the work or you want info on how to do it yourself.

Just to get you started, however, assuming you want to do it yourself, the following contrib modules will be most important -- and if you want to launch soon, you should probably start with Drupal 5. If you won't be launching till the summer or fall, probably better to start with Drupal 6. But here is a short list of modules you'll want:

*CCK
*Views
*Panels
*Imagecache
*Imagefield

This response is not meant to be comprehensive at all.

Good luck, and do come back with more specific questions.

First of all you need to convert your theme to Drupal theme. Than you need to find modules required for features you want. Say you have all the features and look but you need to import whole data from your existing site.
First two step is easier but tricky part is third part. You may need export all data into csv files and import by appopriate import module or wite a mysql script (which is better in my opinion since csv files mya cause many problems especially with languages diffrent from english)
