Integrate with the TinyMCE link popup window

TinyMCE already has a toolbar button for creating links which pops up a window. The advanced link plugin plugs into this window and extends it by additional tabs. It would be nice if the linktocontent plugin could also plug into the same links window, rather than having its separate toolbar button and window. Ideally there would be one tab for each plugin in the link popup.
