Hi
suppose we want to display time to time changing message in our website ,so administrator needs the help of web developing company to insert the message in the website.how can we provide this facility to administrator that he itself can insert those message in the website.

my opinion, you host ad, they use html to reference
if you're saying that you will change the ad from time to time but they will be responsible for updating, then why not have them reference the image./banner on your server (e.g. above header) with an agreed upon size for usage, and a fixed file name like 'ad.jpg' and then you simply update that specific image but the path url remains identical...then the administrator has to do **nothing** and you simply update the ad as desired (same could work for a text block, you could help them reference a pull for text)
