Issue Summary
Take a look at the Subscribe fieldset at http://develcuy.elblog.de/subscriptions_og/og/manage/1 for example. It should have the "To this group" row only.
On a related topic: I think that on this page the fieldset should always be expanded by default.

I remove those not corresponding options from og/manage/#group_nid, og/unsubscribe/#group_nid and og/subscribe/#group_nid by changing subscriptions_og_attach_subscriptions_controls().

But now the My membership page og/manage/#uid has both a Save and a Submit button. This is confusing.
I tried to fix it myself but I did not understand the structure of the form (which is a nested array). Could you please provide some documentation about that?
The Subscribe fieldset is still not expanded by default.
