Who is donating what

As in who purchased which items? You can reveal who purchased any given item if you wish, but there is no provision for a user to see all the items that were recently purchased for them.

You mention donations, which do have somewhat different semantics than a gift wishlist, although there is overlap.

I think having a 'show my purchased items' type report that lists items purchased in the last 30, 60, 90 days would be nice. It should be something you can pull off with a view (via views.module). If you make a view that handles this, export the output and submit it as an attachment on this issue. If I agree that it is generally useful I'll make it one of the default views presented by the wishlist module.
