The Drupal 6 update hook looks like it wasn't 100% finished. This patch removes the preceding underscore so that it can get ran, changes the version number to _6100 (since 6.1 is out now) and sets the primary keys to auto_increment.

Oh, other changes I didn't mention: The uninstall function is corrected and a few indexes were taken out of the code since they already existed in the 5.x version.
