We are looking for a person or company that can provide Drupal support and guidance, probably on an ongoing basis. We have good technical staff, so we don't want to hire someone to do sites for us, but are new to Drupal and sometimes need help untangling thorny issues relatively quickly, probably by some combination of email/IM/phone.
Case in point: We are currently stalled in our development because we are having trouble getting Multisite and Clean URLs to work with our server configuration. We need help with this but don't want someone to just fix it without us increasing our understanding of Drupal. (Teach a man to fish... you know the drill.)
We're an academic group, currently working with Drupal 5.7 but hoping to upgrade to 6 before going live.
