When I'm uploading files with Hebrew file names, All I see in the file name is Gibbrish.
The file is copied, but not visible on the node after copy.

druvision commentedOf course, I mean on the image_import module. But this issue exists with regular image upload and file uploads as well. Support for uploding unicode file names is missing all over.

druvision commentedTranslitation (http://drupal.org/project/transliteration) is a workaround, but file names look very ugly.
A much better solution is to somehow preserve the original filename in a reversible way.
