In Drupal 4.6 with Flexinode, things break

Description
In attached_node, when attaching a flexinode type node, formatting is broken and images are dropped from the attached node. I'm using Drupal 4.6 and the latest attached_node files.
I have tested with a page node, and I didn't have this issue. The attached node still appears properly with a page node (complete with corresponding images). I've checked my input-filter settings and tried this in a different theme. Either way, flexinode content gets messed up in attached node.
