Hi. A site I look after is having issues with IE7. The header and side bar background colours are not rendering. The theme is Garland and I have set it back to default. Any ideas what might be causing this? It only seems to affect this site.

Garland works great in irefox but in my new computer running Windows 7 I can't see the header. No idea what to do Everything is broken. The columns are gone and everything is down the left side of the page. Colors gone.
