Add a buddy using a form? (take a look at the image included)

Is there a way of implementing something like this for the buddylist module? adding a buddy (or multiple buddies) using a form? (In my example above, I've shown that the form uses Autocomplete Text Fields and supports Multiple Values.)

any ideas or suggestions how this or something like it could be done are welcome.
