Have you heard of drush_mm

I build a patch for drush for enabling/disabling/uninstalling modules command-line based. Somehow it has not attracted much attention but it tries to do a proper dependency check.

It is not hacking into the submit form simply because that should not be the way.

Maybe we can join forces to make drupal 7 better :-)
